MBALENHLE KGWEDI 

As a young influencer, Mbalenhle Kgwedi, better-known as Menhle on social media, is very passionate about making a positive impact on the youth and the world. Her main focus is to educating girls with information that can be beneficial to their future and also on challenges that they may face and how to overcome them. As a feminist, Menhle says she'd like to lead young woman and also impact their personal lives.

Menhle's main inspiration comes from Nomzamo Mbatha, one of South Africa's most renowned actresses and business women. "From her drive, to her hard work and the level of confidence that she holds and her role as an activist, she also inspired me to start my own organization called GirlsForTheWin which aims to motivate young women to be self-driven, have self-confidence and speak about about daily issues that they go through and in finding solutions for these challenges which can help a lot of other women too." Having met Nomzamo, Menhle also drew a sense of gracefulness from her.

Menhle's other inspiration is her mother who she believes is the strongest women she knows." My mom is my number one hero and everything that she does, she does it with love and a lot of effort". Menhle's mother's name is Mighty which represents strength and she feels that that's where she gains her strength and power to conquer from.

Menhle, who's currently in matric, is aiming to push her role in the entertainment industry more next year. Having already worked with a couple of brands and developing as a personal stylist, she also wants to get her foot in the broad casting industry and also work with women like Olanikee Osi and Amonge Sinxoto for her organization. She's also currently partnered with brands such as Forge97 and a hair company as a brand ambassador. As Menhle continues on her journey, we await to see what she holds for the entertainment industry and youth
