Theo Manjo, better known on social media as ItsManjoBruh, is a young brand influencer and artist manager focused on grooming the upcomers to be at their fullest potential, but is also involved in the mainstream as his goal is not to remain on the internet forever. Manjo was a music promoter for the whole SoundCloud community in 2017, which a lot of them can vow for. "That worked for me but the coins didn't because I did it out of love but the energy was not reciprocated" says Manjo.

He then grew his following base and got brand collaborations as an “influencer” with the likes of Showmax (Euphoria), Flying Fish, Fashion brands and more. He also has a lot of collaboration on the way with some brands he's admired for a while.

"A lot of artists I speak to; new wave and mainstream; say that I’ve got the influence in the New Wave" says Manjo. This made him recognized as 'The Voice of the New Wave' and he took the title with both hands. Manjo though, believes that he hasn't been able to outdo himself this year due to certain outcomes and in finding his feet as well as growing relationships with the entertainment heads — but promises to do otherwise from the get-go in 2020.

He believes that the youth industry has got too many demanding people that want to be told what they want to hear. "The talent is there sure, I love it. But there are too many egos from people who think that they’ve "made it”, the subliminal jabs a lot of the artists share on Twitter is disgusting and I really don’t want to be associated with that". Another problem that he's noticed within the young guys is that when they think they’ve tasted a bit of success, they sometimes tend to think that they don’t need the people that got them there. 

"I just want a space with good energies and music being shared like in 2015-2016". His advice to the youth is to avoid excuses. If you really want something you will go ahead and get it no matter the circumstances. "The reason why I don’t tolerate 'manager' chats is because when these artists get managers, they think they can sit back and relax for months on end which is not how it works". Manjo has managed various New Wave heavyweights such as Yuang & MyKyle and is set to make a bigger mark in the industry in 2020.
